CASE 1:

JAR Resources In JNLP File Are Not Signed By Same Certificate

 E-Business Suite R12.2 : 

Using Java Web Start Get Error 'JAR Resources In JNLP File Are Not Signed By Same Certificate

On EBS 12.2.8 version, Jserv, JDK, JVM, JRE

When attempting to launch forms by using JWS for EBS 12.2.8, we received the following error:

JAR resources in JNLP File Are Not Signed by same certificate


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define (Security: User)

Implemented Java Web Start (JWS)

Cause 

JAR files are not get regenerated.

Solution 

Use the AD Administration tool (adadmin) to regenerate JAR files with force option.

$ adadmin

Navigation: Generate Applications Files Generate product JAR files

Regenerate JAR files with FORCE option set to Yes

Do you wish to force regeneration of all jar files? [No] ? Yes
